Financial manager

Requirements:

• Our Client, a management company (real estate management), announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Financial Manager, Kyiv.
• Required work experience: 3-6 years
• Full time

Main duties:

• Streamlining and bringing to a general form of reporting in the accounting offices of all real estate;
• Approval of active participation in the development and creation of a common database 1C for all objects with the same settings;
• Introduction of the form of budgeting, participation in budgeting of funds and control of the process of using these funds;
• Formation of the consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual budget and control of its execution;
• Preparation of reports on management accounting and reporting for management (monthly reporting form)

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (economics / accounting / finance);
• 5 + years of experience as a Chief Accountant in a large system company or management company;
• Knowledge of all functions of the Chief Accountant;
• Experience in centralizing accounting, setting all accounting policies, centralizing management accounting and reporting;
• Knowledge and control of flows, as well as the ability to read all major forms of financial statements (balance sheet, statement of profit and loss, statement of cash flows).
• Management skills (a very important experience of team management in a management company);
